Adaptogen Overnight Oat Porridge

IMG_9539.JPG

This porridge is my go to for breakfast during the week. Not only is it super easy to make, it’s an easy grab and go meal when you are on the fly in the morning. Instead of recycling empty glass containers I get from the store, I keep them, wash them thoroughly and then reuse for my breakfast overnight oat porridge.

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats

  • 2 cups of your favorite nut milk (I have really been into macadamia nut!)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 2 tbsp pepitas

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 1 pinch ground ginger

  • 1 pinch clove

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Toppings:

  • your choice of fruit

  • chopped almonds or walnuts

  • bee pollen

Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator overnight. Separate into your glass jars for an easy grab n go option. Top with raspberries or blueberries, chopped almonds and bee pollen!
