Anti-Inflammatory Adaptogen Iced Turmeric Latte

When I find my body aches or I am feeling under the weather I will prepare a turmeric latte (iced or hot depending on the season). This latte is packed with anti-inflammatory turmeric and healthy brain fats!

1 1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup raw cashews

3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon maca or ashwagandha powder 

dash of nutmeg

pinch of fresh cracked black pepper 

pinch of sea salt

6-8 ice cubes
