The perfect matcha.


Recently I have been drinking one cup of matcha in the morning. Like my coffee ritual, this too has become something I greatly look forward to each morning. The coconut butter in this recipe gives my matcha a think creaminess, while the maca helps the body adapt to stress (not to mention it helps in maintaining a healthy libido!!). 

  • 2 cups hot water 
  • 1 scoop matcha (currently using Ippuodo, which my friend purchased from Japan)
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen 
  • 1 scoop Terrasoul Maca
  • 1 scoop coconut butter 
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon 

Blend ingredients for 7 seconds and enjoy!
