The perfect matcha.

Recently I have been drinking one cup of matcha in the morning. Like my coffee ritual, this too has become something I greatly look forward to each morning. The coconut butter in this recipe gives my matcha a think creaminess, while the maca helps the body adapt to stress (not to mention it helps in maintaining a healthy libido!!). 

2 cups hot water 

1 scoop matcha (currently using Ippuodo, which my friend purchased from Japan)

1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen 

1 scoop Terrasoul Maca

1 scoop coconut butter 

1 tbsp cinnamon 

Blend ingredients for 7 seconds and enjoy!
