Adaptogen Walnut Cardamom Bliss Balls

Optimal for before long runs or when you need some pure heavenly fat energy! These balls are by far one of my favorite snacks and plus, all of the most delicious ingredients rolled up on a ball. What could be better?! 

Makes about 8 balls 

1 cup of walnuts

1.5 cups of almond meal 

5 dates 

2 tbs flax meal 

1 tbs cinnamon 

1 tbs cardamom

1 tbs maca powder

1/4 cup coconut oil 

2 pinches of pink salt 

coconut flakes for decor 

Process all ingredients in a food processor (sans coconut flakes). The consistency of the meal should be wet and malleable. Create small balls and roll in the coconut flakes. Place on a baking sheet and put in the freezer. Bliss balls can last 1-2 months in the freezer and approx 1 week in the fridge.
