Rose Latte

This is the perfect rose latte I discovered on Goop.com. It's perfect in the afternoon or at night to wind down. Rosewater contains many antioxidants, helping to protect your skin against damage. Additionally, this elixir acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, soothing the skin with anti-aging benefits. Lastly, rosewater helps support your central nervous system. Enjoy!

1 tspn rose water, I purchased mine from Amazon.com 

1 cup unsweetened nut milk 

1 tsp raw honey 

1 pink dried rose petals 

1 tspn coconut butter 

a few raspberries 

Heat the nut milk on low in a pan and add in the coconut butter and raspberries, begin to stir. Once milk is heated, add in the honey and bring to an easy boil. Turn off heat and add mixture, sans rose petals, to a blender and turn on low. Add to your favorite mug and top with rose petals.
