I focus on what makes me happy: mindfulness, healthy eating, exercising, spending quality time with family/friends and feeding myself creatively. Life is too short and, every day, you need to make a conscious decision to be the person you want to be. Nothing is impossible.
To be present. To show gratitude and love. To honor yourself and others. To be the lightworker. Each day I focus on bringing mindfulness into my life. Whether it's taking a moment to find peace and beauty where I am in that moment or working to control my often chaotic thoughts, practicing mindfulness has taught me that happiness is always possible.
You are what you eat. This is a mantra I live by each day! I made a pact with myself that I would do whatever it takes to live a healthy life and to treat my body with love and respect. Fundementally, this starts with food and exercise. Feed my body, feed my soul.

Challenging myself physically each day has helped to manage my stress levels and let go of tension. It has taught me that the 'impossible' is possible and that my mind is my biggest obstacle. Just when you think 'I can't', you realize 'I can'.
